Project Description
We were approached by Royal Canin who were looking for a development partner to help enhance their eLearning curriculum.
Working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from Royal Canin, we turned their initial draft scripts in to fully designed storyboards before building the final content in Articulate Storyline. The result is a series of highly interactive and visually appealing eLearning modules that can be viewed in both English and French.
Royal Canin is a global company on the cutting edge of pet nutrition, formulating specialised cat and dog food diets that are unlike anything else the world has ever seen.
Engaging Interactivity
Learners are invited to explore the information on the pet food label by rotating the 3D pack and clicking the markers for more detail.
Branching Scenarios
We combined branching and custom knowledge checks to create two case-based simulations, designed to equip learners with the knowledge needed to handle common objections from pet owners.
Interactive Knowledge Checks
Each eLearning module contains a number of interactive knowledge checks. These interactions are all designed to engage the learner and promote knowledge retention.
Informative Visuals
We are firm believers that the use of quality graphics and illustrations can improve learning outcomes. With this in mind our Royal Canin eLearning modules are all highly visual, delivering the core messages to learners in a friendly and informative tone.
Localised Content
All Royal Canin eLearning modules are developed in English and French languages.
