Making sense of it all
It’s a daunting prospect being tasked with overseeing the development of a new eLearning programme for your organisation, but this needn’t be the case. Whether you’re adapting existing material or starting from scratch, 4pt are equipped with the knowledge to help make your life that little bit easier.
Our instructional designers have taken hundreds of eLearning courses from start to finish and have covered a vast array of subjects, ranging from health and safety to clinical compliance training, sports coaching to sales and marketing and everything inbetween.
The Role of an Instructional Designer
- Work with Client Project Team and Subject Matter Experts to define learning objectives
- Develop content and activities and also define a structure ensuring alignment to learning objectives
- Collaborate with Design Team to create multimedia assets to support learning (e.g. animation, illustration, narration, video, face-to-face training aids etc.)
- Generate assessments to test participant knowledge and ensure learning objectives have been met.
Over the years a number of our courses have been translated in to additional languages to enable our clients to reach a global audience.
We’ve worked with specialist translation houses to create a wide range of localised content in languages ranging from French, German, Italian and Spanish to Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese.
