4pt worked in conjunction with Apollinaire Consultancy Associates to create the Learn-2-Coach suite of e-learning modules.
There are currently 20 modules each focusing on a key coaching skill.
Coaches are able to work at their own pace through selected modules which include:
• video analysis
• activities
• tasks to aid self reflection
• action plan development
• opportunities to generate evidence and support assessment
Learn-2-Coach has been well received and is being used by a number of sports governing bodies, including the International Rugby Board, Rugby Football League, Scottish Swimming and the British Wrestling Association.
Learn-2-Coach also has its own YouTube channel, showcasing sample video and audio taken from the e-learning modules.
